ON-LINE WATER BILL PAYMENTS

 The City of Delavan is now offering on-line water bill payments for water customers.  The process is easy.  Just log on to the city’s website, www.delavanil.org and select the feature PAY WATER BILL ON-LINE on the opening screen of the website.  Once into the on-line bill pay portal, first time users will have to register by providing a user ID and a password.  That’s it!  You’re in the system and you will be able to set up payment of your water bill.  Key features will include:

• 24/7 Online bill pay with credit card & e-check
• View current and past statements
• Account management
• View history and run reports
• Quick pay feature for unregistered customers
• Save payment methods and choose a default
• Use a built in help system for self service
• And much more

 

The customer web portal is a real-time web based application that presents data directly from the utility billing software database.  There is a small service fee that will be charged when making an on-line payment of $2.50 or 3% whichever is greater.  Questions may be directed to the City office by email, citydel@mchsi.com, or call 309-244-7146 during business hours.
