Board of Zoning Appeals

 

The Board of Zoning Appeals meets the fourth Monday of every month at 5:30 in the City Council Room, 219 Locust.  The Board of Zoning Appeals hears all applications and petitions for variances and special use permits, and appeals from decisions of the Zoning Administrator. Another duty of the board includes making recommendations to the city council for additions or changes to the zoning code.
